WaterTech Studio ("we," "us," or "our") built the Smart Notification Manager app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by WaterTech Studio at no cost for basic features, with premium subscriptions available, and is intended for use "as is."

Notification Access Permission
Smart Notification Manager requires the Android Notification Access (Notification Listener Service) permission to function. This permission allows the app to intercept, read, categorize, and dismiss incoming notifications based on the custom rules you define.
Crucial Privacy Guarantee:Local Processing entirely: All Artificial Intelligence classification (such as detecting OTPs, Scams, or Promotional messages) is performed 100% locally on your device using an integrated PyTorch Mobile model.
Zero External Transmission: Your notification contents, sender details, and message contents never leave your device. We do not have servers that process, read, or catalog your private notifications.
Local Database Storage
The app stores intercepted notifications in a secure, local Room Database on your device.Free users can store up to 25 recent notifications locally.
Premium users can store up to 5,000 notifications locally. You can wipe this data at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing the application data in your Android system settings.
2. Third-Party Services
While we do not transmit your personal notification data, the app does utilize third-party services that may collect information used to identify you to facilitate the core usage environment, specifically related to app delivery and premium billing.

3. Log Data and Crash Reporting
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data to fix bugs securely. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other unidentifiable diagnostic statistics. This data never includes your notification contents.

We value your trust in providing us with your notification access, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The local-only architecture inherently secures your data against remote server breaches. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
