Water Tech Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the "Message Was Deleted Recovery" mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information remains secure. 1. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Safeguarding your privacy is our primary objective. The App is designed with a "Privacy First" architecture.

1.1 Personal Data

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts) to our servers. All processing of recovered messages and media occurs strictly on your device.

1.2 Message and Media Data

The App functions by monitoring system notifications and scanning specific media directories to capture messages and files before they are deleted by the sender.

- All recovered data is stored locally on your device.

- All text-based messages are protected using industry-standard AES-256 GCM encryption within a local database.

- We have no access to your messages, media, or any other content processed by the App.

2. PERMISSIONS

To provide its core functionality, the App requires specific permissions:

2.1 Notification Access

Required to monitor and intercept incoming messages. This allows the App to save the content of notifications before the sender retracts or deletes them.

2.2 Storage Access (Files and Media)

Required to monitor media folders (such as WhatsApp/WA Business media) and archive incoming photos, videos, voice notes, and documents.

2.3 Battery Optimization Exclusion

Required to ensure the recovery service remains active in the background, providing 24/7 protection against deleted messages.

3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties. Since no data is collected on our servers, there is no database to share or leak.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may use standard Google Play Services for application updates and distribution. These services may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the data stored locally on your device. This includes the use of AES-256 encryption. However, the security of your device is your responsibility. We recommend using device-level security features (such as PINs or biometrics) to prevent unauthorized access to the App.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since no data is collected by us, we do not possess any data regarding minors.
